"I have had insurance through Sam Sharp for a couple years. I have never spoken with him. I have had nothing but trouble every time I call trying to get anything done. When I asked why I can’t talk to my agent I was told that he doesn’t talk directly to his clients. Then he is of no use if he is my agent and refuses to do anything for me."

"I recently posted a negative review on here about getting my money taken and not refunded. I got an email saying that it would be refunded, which it never did. I didn't expect this from Statefarm to have negative post removed. Even though the money was never refunded, it's wrong to have post removed that'll show the companies poor quality of service."

"Absolutely the worst!!! I added a car to my policy , and while at the dealer they made me pay a additional 300.00 , yes! You heard right.. Made me pay that as if I was starting a new policy...I had a existing policy with a car already and these scumbags made me pay 300.00... I do not recommend these people to do anything moreless handle anything dealing with insurance.. To add insult to injury , they said this is how its done as if I am a new car driver... Been insured and driving cars 40 years..and anytime I added a car to a policy it was prorated and the premium would be adjusted at the next billing cycle as always.. Been that way with USAA, GEICO, ALLSTATE, and all other insurance companies I have used... NEVER EVER AGAIN.... Stay away from these crooks!"

"I was not going to leave any comments because I never write reviews but I will now. It is frustrating how a business can say PAST or CURRENT customer because I am neither(I WAS A PERSPECTIVE CUSTOMER). Also, there is NO MISTAKE. This is the office I called. Teach your staff to treat your PERSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS the same way they treat their PAST AND CURRENT."

"Jenny Kennedy has always been available to my calls/emails. Her costumer service makes you feel as you are part of a family instead of just an account and that is what creates loyalty. "Its always a blessing to have agents that are ALWAYS super nice and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with our needs. Nicole was nice enough to look for ways to help save with my monthly premium, by sending me the link to get my DDC (defensive driving certificate) without me having to even ask. If you contact one of the agents at Sam Sharpe Agency, get yourself insured with them and ask about the online DDC course. EVERY little penny helps along the way."

"I have my insurance through this agency and I called for assistance after a claim was filed. Nicole was AMAZING - I cannot recommend her enough! She was so kind, patient, and helpful over the phone about how the claim might affect my rate. When I called back and got another agent, I asked for Nicole because she now has such great rapport with me (even though I'm sure the other agent is great too). I am so thankful for her assistance! I'd give her 10 stars if I could."
